Cancellations and Refunds:
a) Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
b) Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Reservation Changes:
a) Changes to rental dates and times are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee availability.
b) Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the original rental start date.
No-shows:
a) If the renter does not appear at the studio on the scheduled date and time without prior notice, there will be no refund or credit for future rentals.
Return Conditions:
a) The studio must be returned in the same condition as it was received, clean and organized.
b) Damages caused to the studio or equipment during the rental will be the responsibility of the renter and will be subject to additional charges.
Emergencies and Cancellations by Studio in Carioca:
a) In cases of emergency or technical problems that prevent the use of the studio, we will do our best to offer an alternative solution. If this is not possible, the renter will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
b) Studio na Carioca reserves the right to cancel a reservation if there is a violation of established policies or regulations.
Communication and Contact:
a) All requests for cancellation, changes or any other issue related to the rental must be made in writing, by email or through the communication channels provided by Studio na Carioca.

a) We accept payment by Credit Card.
